Silk Road Supply set out to disrupt a well-established industry by targeting a new generation of motorcycle riders with protective gear that combined modern style with cutting-edge materials. Recognising that younger riders we're choosing between fashion and function, Silk Road aimed to bridge that gap, appealing to style-conscious riders, by offering stylish apparel with discretely integrated protection.
Silk Road Supply set out to disrupt a well-established industry by targeting a new generation of motorcycle riders with protective gear that combined modern style with cutting-edge materials. Recognising that younger riders we're choosing between fashion and function, Silk Road aimed to bridge that gap, appealing to style-conscious riders, by offering stylish apparel with discretely integrated protection.
Our Approach
We crafted a brand identity that encapsulated Silk Road’s youthful spirit and focus on innovation. The result was a minimalist, industrial print-inspired logo and a cohesive visual system reflecting resilience and exploration. These elements were anchored by a bold brand message: “Life Without Limits” and “Stray Further,” central to their storytelling and engagement.
In addition to the logo, we developed a visual identity system that unified all brand elements—from typography and color palettes to buttons for their garments. Each piece was meticulously designed to boldly contrast against the existing motorcycle apparel market.

Creating a Dynamic Digital Presence
At the center of the brand, we built two shopify stores, one for consumers and another for retailers to automatically register and buy stock in bulk from. As well as being visually impactful and intuitive, we integrated 3rd party platforms for stock management, product logistics, analytics, and customer management which automated the management of the business, and allowed it to be more scalable.
These integrations made the Shopify store a robust platform for both user engagement and operational efficiency. As the business launches, its brand and system are ready to scale with their success.
